Terms of Sale
All orders require a
50% deposit. Balance due on delivery or prior to shipping.

Ordering
Please include the
following:
Heller Style Name, Size, Model Number - Your account name and
address - Your client's name and a sample of the covering stapled to
the order. |
Contract Orders
All Heller Styles and
custom orders can be built to incorporate flame retardant features
necessary to meet your specific requirements. Prices will be
furnished upon request. |

Dimensions
Manufactured sizes
are reasonably approximate; critical dimensions must be specified on
the final written order, if applicable. Costs for changing
unspecified dimensions of work in process will be added to order.

King Sizes
King size beds are made in two(2)
halves to facilitate delivery. Although Heller will craft beds to
your specification in one piece, we caution that few doorways will
accommodate their delivery. |

Storage
If delivery cannot be
accepted, upon acknowledged date, we reserve the right to store the
merchandise at the purchaser's expense. Invoices will be issued on
the date goods are placed in storage, and purchaser will take title
of all merchandise so invoiced. |

Shipping
All prices are FOB
factory. The responsibility for the condition of the merchandise is
assumed by the carrier once they have inspected the merchandise and
signed the bill of lading. YOU MUST EXAMINE SHIPMENT CAREFULLY
before acceptance it from the carrier. The factory reserves the
right to select method of shipping unless special instructions,
which are consistent with factory policy, are given. Any deviations
will be noted on factory confirmation. |
Returns/Claims
We cannot be responsible for, nor can
we accept, any return, unless the factory has given written consent
and supplied definite instructions for the return.
All Merchandise is shipped at
buyer's risk, and we are not responsible for damage, loss, or delay
of merchandise in transit. All claims should be filed by the
consignee with the delivering carrier. |
